Winter 2021 | 33 Freeze Invoice Category To give users the flexibility to add or remove the GL Code on a transaction: y Added the Freeze Invoice Category on Price Plan Change option to the Edit Billing Matrix screen. This option is enabled if the Invoice Category option is populated. If selected, the Invoice Category is not removed from the Transaction/Additional Information screen if the Price Plan is changed on the Transaction and either saved or Update is clicked on the Transaction History for Prescription (and the Price Plan is changed on the Rx Summary). y This option applies in situations where a Price Plan is changed and the original Price Plan on the Rx Summary correlates to the payer with the option selected.
