Fall 2020 | 31 340B Users require the ability to compare prices between primary insurance and custom set Sliding Scale Fees based on patient poverty groups in order to document appropriate information for pharmacy reimbursement. • Added a 340B Slide Scale Pricing/Create hyperlink to Store Options > Pricing . The hyperlink defaults to Create, and changes to Edit once the first entry is saved. 1. Click Create to access the new screen, 340B Sliding Scale Groups . The screen enables new groups to be added/edited. 2. To add a new group, click New and enter a Description (up to 25 characters) and choose a Price Table. Add up to 10 groups. 3. To delete a plan, highlight a row and click Delete . A warning message displays. Click OK and the Description and Price Table are deleted from the scan. The Sliding Scale Group is removed from all associated Patient Records from the 340B Sliding Scale Pricing box. 4. Click Cancel to make no changes and return to the Sliding Scale Groups screen. • Added 340B Sliding Scale Pricing to Patient > Additional Info . Note: It’s only available when the adjacent 340B box is box is checked
