Security Access Flags can be set and then applied to any user that is classified as that particular role. y Employee Roles can be used without activating the Employee Roles option under Security Options. The four default roles are:  Admin Pharmacists  Pharmacists  Technician  General User • Check the Activate Employee Roles checkbox to require ALL employees to be assigned a role. The system will search for and find any employees that do not have an assigned role. A scan will display to assign a role to those employees.
