If you need assistance contacting your plan, call: 1-800 MEDICARE. • Form CMS-10147 prints in the lower left-hand corner. • OMB Approval No. 0938-09775 (Expires: XX/XX/XXXX) prints in the lower right-hand corner. Prescription Processing In some states (e.g., New York) pharmacies have 30 days from the date the prescription was issued to complete the first fill. • Added Rx Legal Requirements link to Store Options > Store Control > Store Level Options > Rx Filling . For each class type, information about Expiration Days, Refills, and Transfer Options can be entered. Information you previously entered on the Rx Filling screen migrates to the Rx Legal Requirements screen during the update. • Added Days to Complete Initial Fill editable text box. • Added Initial Fill Exp Date Based On dropdown. Options are:  Written Date  Effective Date − NRx = Effective Date
